How To Clean Sticker Residue From Wooden Furniture

This tutorial is easy and only requires two ingredients!
Cleaning sticker residue from wooden furniture is easy and only takes minutes. To get started, you'll need:

Paper towels.
Soapy water.
A mixture of 1 part coconut oil and 1 part baking soda.
To remove sticker residue, the secret is in the coconut oil and baking soda. A little bit goes a long way!
Grab a pea-sized dab on a paper towel. As you're removing the residue, this mixture is easy to layer and you can add more in.

In circular motions, apply the coconut oil and baking powder to the residue.

Some of the baking soda will start coming up, and that's a good thing! That means the residue is being cleaned on the surface.

When the residue is gone, use the a new towel and dip some into the soapy water mixture. Wipe the surface with the towel.

Once dry, you'll have a clean sticker-free surface! If you have some of the coconut oil/baking soda mixture left, it can be stored in a cool dry place.

I know what you're wondering: "Can I use surface cleaners like Goof Off or Clorox Wipes to clean wood furniture?"
The answer is NO.
The harsh chemicals in cleaning products can damage the finish and leave permanent spots on the furniture. For simple cleaning, we recommend wiping surfaces with a dry cloth and a small amount of soapy water.
