Replacement Parts
Whittier Wood Furniture’s Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser for two years and applies only to defects in material or workmanship that impair normal use. Whittier will replace parts found to be defective, missing, or damaged upon receipt.
All replacement parts must be ordered through an authorized Whittier Wood Furniture retailer.
To process a replacement request, please contact the dealer where the item was purchased and provide the following details:
• model number
• production code
• part letter
• quantity needed
• reason for replacement
